I began writing songs at the age of twelve, drawn early to the emotional language of melody and lyrics. As a young adult I began performing and eventually toured across Canada, sharing original music in intimate venues and listening spaces. Songwriting remains an important thread in my creative practice, alongside my work in visual art. I am occasionally available for private performances and special events.
