Artist Book-Form Mixed Media Assemblage/Current Series Workings)

My artist book-form journals are mixed media assemblages created to be held and opened slowly. Each piece incorporates my own paintings, antique literary book pages from the 1800s, layered papers, botanical remnants, stones, chains, and wire bindings that remain intentionally visible.

Assembled alongside lived experience, these works function as witness rather than illustration. Text and materials act as residue and record rather than decoration. Existing between archive and offering, each journal is a singular object—created slowly and without replication.
